How fast can you get to Manly?
Usually fifteen to twenty minutes from Bay Terrace. We give you a real number on the phone and call back if anything changes it.
Is there an after-hours surcharge?
No. The quote you get at 1am is the same as the one you would get at 1pm.
Will the lock be damaged?
Almost never. Picking and bypass come first. If a lock genuinely cannot open without damage we say so before we begin, with the replacement cost in the same sentence.
My keys went in the water at the ramp.
We cut and program a replacement beside the car. Bring the rego papers or photo ID and proof you own the vehicle; we ask everyone, every time.
Can you do a unit on the Esplanade?
Yes. We handle the unit door. If the common entry or a fob is the problem, that usually needs the building manager, and we can talk you through what to ask for.
Do you fit locks that survive out here?
That is most of what we recommend. Marine-grade cylinders and stainless furniture cost a little more and last several times longer two streets from the bay.
